Jon Y. Nakagawa, Founder, President, and CEO
B.S. Fresno State University
Jon has over 25 years of experience in the temperature management industry and holds two patents in sensor technology, with a third patent pending.

At Marathon Products, Jon is responsible for product development and liaising with corporate accounts globally. His background includes finance, manufacturing, and strategic planning expertise as a certified public accountant.

Greg Reel, Scientist and Chief Engineer
B.S. University of New Mexico
Greg’s background includes time with major semiconductor companies in Silicon Valley and experience designing a wide range of commercial products in environmental monitoring, home security, and integrated circuit failure monitoring.

He has worked with Los Alamos and Livermore to develop and design electronic instrumentation, and today, he aids customers and implements improvements in Marathon Products’ wireless and cloud solutions. He holds two patents.

Oliver Nguyen, Network IT Specialist
B.S. University of California Irvine
At Marathon Products, Oliver manages IT and enterprise software development products. He has experience managing the development and integration of major projects such as LoggerPulse and MaxiThermal Online.

His university experience includes graduate work on artificial intelligence with an emphasis on neural networks. At the University of California Irvine, he is a member of the Information and Computer Science Alumni Program.
